Club Rules

TEE TIMEZ CLUB RULES

Welcome to Tee Timez! Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for every Member. Please respect the facility, equipment, and fellow Members by following these Club Rules.

- Footwear
Tennis shoes or athletic shoes only.
Golf spikes, metal spikes, cleats, or other footwear that may damage the flooring are prohibited.

- Maximum Occupancy
Maximum of four (4) people per simulator bay unless otherwise approved by Tee Timez.

- Food & Beverages
Complimentary bottled water is available for Members.
Soda, sports drinks, energy drinks, snacks, and merchandise must be purchased before consumption.

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by Tee Timez for a special event.
Please dispose of trash properly. Trash cans are intended for empty beverage containers and general waste.

- Equipment Use
Members are expected to:

Operate all equipment responsibly.
Watch instructional videos before first use if unfamiliar with the system.
Report equipment issues immediately.
Never intentionally strike simulator screens, projectors, launch monitors, televisions, computers, or other facility property.

** Intentional misuse or reckless behavior may result in immediate termination of membership and financial responsibility for damages.**

Respect the Facility

At the conclusion of each reservation:

Turn off the projector.
Turn off the lights.
Leave the simulator computer powered on.
Remove all personal belongings.
Clean up after yourself.
Ensure the entrance door fully closes and locks behind you.

Please be respectful of other Members.

The following are prohibited:

Harassment
Fighting or threatening behavior
Excessive profanity
Smoking or vaping
Illegal drug use
Reckless conduct
Intentional property damage

Tee Timez reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for inappropriate behavior.

- Reservations
Reservations begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals do not extend reservation times.
Reservations are non-transferable.

- Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions, administrative fees, or suspension of membership.

- Overstay Policy

Your reservation includes setup, play, cleanup, and exiting the bay.

Please be completely out of the simulator bay by your reservation end time.

Overstay Fee Schedule

Up to 15 minutes late

First occurrence: Written warning
Second and subsequent occurrences: $50 Administrative Fee

15–60 minutes late

Immediate $50 Administrative Fee

More than 60 minutes late

Immediate $100 Administrative Fee

If your overstay delays another reservation or causes Tee Timez to issue credits or refunds, you may also be responsible for those costs.

Repeated overstays may result in suspension or termination of membership.

- Security

For the protection of our Members and facility, security cameras are in operation 24 hours a day.

- Door Access

Your access code is for your use only.

Do not share your access code or allow unauthorized individuals into the facility.

Unauthorized access may result in immediate termination of membership.

Terms & Agreements

TEE TIMEZ TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a membership, booking a reservation, entering any Tee Timez facility, or using any Tee Timez equipment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership

Memberships are issued to individual Members only and may not be transferred or shared.

Members must maintain a valid payment method and current contact information.

The Member who books a reservation is responsible for themselves and all guests.

2. Automatic Billing Authorization

Memberships automatically renew until cancelled.

By providing a payment method, you authorize Tee Timez to charge your payment method for:

Membership dues
Reservation fees
Guest fees
Merchandise
Food and beverages
Administrative Fees
Damage charges
Unpaid balances
Applicable taxes

Failure of payment may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Administrative Fees

Tee Timez may assess reasonable Administrative Fees to offset costs associated with:

Overstays
Returned payments
Chargebacks
Unauthorized access
Damage investigations
Excessive cleaning
Rule violations requiring staff intervention

Administrative Fees are separate from simulator rental charges.

4. Damage Responsibility

Members accept full financial responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

This includes damage to:

Simulator screens
Launch monitors
Projectors
Computers
Televisions
Furniture
Flooring
Building fixtures
Doors and locks

Damage charges may be billed to the payment method on file.

5. Chargeback Agreement

Members agree not to dispute or charge back valid charges authorized under this Agreement.

If a chargeback is initiated, Tee Timez may provide reservation records, access logs, electronic acceptance records, security footage, billing records, and other documentation to the payment processor.

If Tee Timez prevails, the Member agrees to reimburse:

Chargeback fees
Collection costs
Administrative expenses
Reasonable attorney fees where permitted by law
Outstanding balances

6. Personal Property

Tee Timez is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Members assume responsibility for their own belongings.

7. Assumption of Risk

Golf simulator activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Flying golf balls
Swinging golf clubs
Slips and falls
Equipment malfunction
Injury caused by other participants

Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

8. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Members release and hold harmless Tee Timez, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, landlords, and agents from claims arising out of the use of the facility, except to the extent caused by Tee Timez's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Security Cameras

Members acknowledge that security cameras operate throughout the facility.

By entering the premises, Members and guests consent to audio and video recording for security, safety, damage investigations, theft prevention, dispute resolution, and law enforcement purposes when appropriate.

10. Minors

Children under sixteen (16) must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.

Parents or guardians assume all responsibility for minors using the facility.

11. Suspension & Termination

Tee Timez may suspend or terminate a membership for:

Non-payment
Fraud
Sharing access credentials
Property damage
Repeated overstays
Harassment
Unsafe conduct
Illegal activity
Violation of Club Rules or these Terms & Conditions

Termination does not relieve the Member of any unpaid financial obligations.

12. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Unused reservations and membership benefits do not carry over unless expressly stated.

If equipment experiences a temporary malfunction, Tee Timez may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit, reschedule the reservation, or provide another reasonable accommodation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in the county where the applicable Tee Timez facility is located, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Electronic Acceptance

By checking the "I Agree" box, purchasing a membership, booking a reservation, or entering a Tee Timez facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to both the Club Rules and these Terms & Conditions.

Your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

Contract Membership Agreement

Shown at checkout to members choosing a fixed-term commitment. Editing this affects only future signings — members already under contract keep the exact text they agreed to.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT — {{MEMBERSHIP_NAME}}

1. WHAT YOU'RE SIGNING UP FOR

2. BILLING
Your card is charged ${{MONTHLY_PRICE}} today and on approximately the same day each month for the length of the term. Keeping a valid payment method on file is your responsibility.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it again over the following weeks and will contact you. If your membership remains unpaid for 30 days, we will treat it as a request to cancel: your membership will end, your access will be removed, and any unused included hours will be forfeited. Because this is a cancellation before {{END_DATE}}, the early termination fee described in Section 4 remains owed, and unpaid amounts may be referred for collection.

3. YOUR BENEFITS
{{BENEFIT_SUMMARY}} Included hours accumulate while your membership is active and carry over month to month. If your membership ends for any reason, any unused hours are forfeited at that time.

4. CANCELLING EARLY
If you cancel before {{END_DATE}}, an early termination fee applies: {{ETF_MONTHS}} months of dues, up to ${{MAX_ETF}}. The fee is capped at the amount remaining on your term, so it will never exceed what you would pay by simply completing it. The fee is charged to your card on file at the time of cancellation, and your membership ends immediately.

To cancel early, contact us directly — early cancellation is not available through the online billing portal.

5. WHEN YOUR TERM ENDS
{{ROLLOVER_SUMMARY}} You may cancel at any time after {{END_DATE}}.

6. FACILITY RULES
This agreement covers billing and term only. Your use of the facility remains subject to our standard Terms & Agreements and club rules, which you accepted separately and which continue to apply.

7. MEMBERSHIP IS PERSONAL
This membership is for your use and cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to another person.

8. CHANGES
The rates and terms in this agreement are fixed for your term. If we change our pricing or contract terms in the future, those changes apply only to new agreements — not to this one.

9. THIS AGREEMENT
This agreement is between you and Collective Golf Co LLC, doing business as Tee Timez, and takes effect when you complete checkout. It is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

"Save" updates the wording without forcing anyone to re-accept — use it for typos and small edits. "Publish New Version" bumps the version and requires every customer to re-accept at their next booking.
